What is 3D Modeling?
This technique uses computer graphic imaging (CGI) for the rendering of images or animations for almost any creative idea from a man made structure, product design, web animation to a complex form such as a medical illustration of the heart. Photo realistic images can be produced and are able to convey the qualities of material, colour, finish and texture of objects as well as capturing the more sublime actions of light and ambience upon a interior/exterior or object.

Recently he completed an MA in Digital Art with distinction where he focused on researching the theoretical and practical uses of 3D modeling and animation as a medium to construct digital sculpture and installation.   Production of this work has lead to the development of site-specific animations for macro technologies e.g. The Big Screen - BBC Manchester and a digital installation using 3 projections to create the illusion of a physical space within a virtual environment.
Current body of work in digital animation exhibited both nationally and internationally, these include:
Gasworks Gallery – London, Finalist for the 12th International Media Art biennial, Wroclaw, Poland, Media Arts Festival Netherlands and led to participation in a digital media event at the University of Valencia, Spain.
